Good day to all, I am the man known as the Fisherman, a citizen from Planet Junyo in the Shikoku system.

I come to day to report the grave events witnessed by my and by one of my security employees, about the destruction of several Kusarian convoys at the hands of some deranged transports. I write to both the Kusari Naval Forces, Police and Kempeitai institutions, as well to the authorities of Liberty in their many forms.

There are important factors in this report that give it a special meaning. I will tell all in the following part.

I was on my way to Colorado system in my ship, designation [HA]-Tb|Kani-maru, being trailed by an extensive presence of Junkers and Lane Hackers, who refrained from provoking hostile actions. Perhaps they were aware of what was happening next.

As I managed to arrive near the Colorado gate, there comes a ship designated DuGi_(sk)* , a Serenity Class transport with Liberty Navy papers.
At first what was strange was that the ship was emitting hostile iff, then I realized why, when he opened fire on a passing Samura convoy and raided its cargo.

Even the hackers were surprised by the event, and I was profoundly shocked.

A second vessel, called RumiQ*(SK)* appeared, this time an Akegata transport, with the same problem. He was clearly an accomplice.

I decided to head to Colorado and report to the Liberty authorities, as I had no cruise disruptor, and couldn't do anything in that place filled with outlaws.

I called a LPI officer, and asked him to investigate the matter. I still saw one of the ships coming quickly to the area around Pueblo to drop his stolen cargo and return empty to Kepler. The [LPI]Freemont however could not arrive before the culprits entered Shikoku.

I managed to get into contact with a known agent in the Kusari forces, and reported the situation, while I headed to my destination in Pittsburgh in the New York System.

I also contacted my security Agent Hiraku Shimoe to launch his vessel and assist the agent. Here is what I've heard from his part.

Hiraku Shimoe Wrote:I've launched from Narita, and met the kempei I-401 that was mentioned by the boss. We headed to New Tokyo, where one of the ships in question was found docking to the Planet.

The kempei ordered him to stop, but the RumiQ*(SK)* ignored the command. I still managed to scan him and found that he was in possession of Samura ID papers, although my FoF marker was showing hostile status.

I and the kempei discussed what actions to take, and soon enough the criminal was undocking form the planetary installations.

The KPT ordered him to halt again, and the RumiQ*(SK)* started moving to Shikoku. Interception was made more difficult when the defense forces FOF were hacked and all guns started blazing around his and our ships. He opened a barrage of lasers directed at me, and I could not restrain him.

He managed to get a head start, and we caught him again near Ohashi. This time I was a little more careful, and focused only on restraining him, while the KPT destroyer I-401 ordered him to stop once again, with no response other than the RumiQ*(SK)* guns shooting at me again.

The Officer ordered his crew the destruction of the runaway vessel, and so it was carried by the KPT vessel.

The KPT vessel suffered some damage from the defense systems of New Tokyo, and my own ship got some large holes.
