Bornholm Depot and Omega 15 - Serpentis - 09-16-2008 ![]() Bornholm Depot and Omega 15 - Serpentis - 09-16-2008 ![]() The Junker Congress Guide to Bornholme Greetings all I, Jack Matthews, Adjudicator of Bornholm Depot have decided to write down the rules and general information about Bornholm with a handy little walktrough. [General Information] Omega 15 is a system where there has been alot of activity from the following Five factions. [color=#006600]Rheinland Millitary Corsairs Red Hessians Bounty Hunters Guild Junkers There are two stations and one dockable ship in omega 15. Battleship Schwerin - Rheinland Millitary; Bismarck Class Battleship. Rostock Station - Bounty Hunters Guild Station Bornholm Depot - Junker Station There are three Jump holes in this system aswell. Dresden Jump Hole - The primary route to Rheinland Space, located in close proximity to Battleship Schwerin. Avoid at all costs when carrying illicit cargo. Omega 41 - Lies between the two suns in the system, very dangerous area. Often used by Corsairs. Omega 56 - Located near Rostock Station, this jump hole is the entrance to the Bounty Hunter Guards system. Avoid at all costs. There is also One Nebula in the system. The omega 15 system is a 'gap' inside the walker nebula - which completely encircles the system. The nebulas you see on the map are outcroppings, or "arms", of the nebula that drift into omega 15's space. ![]() This map shows the "General" information about the Zone of Influence for the "Main" factions in Omega 15. Rheinland Millitary Bounty Hunter Guild Junker This is an estimate of the zone of influence, it is not exact. ![]() General Trade Route in Omega 15. This route takes one close to the Rheinland Millitary Battleship Schwerin, avoid if carrying illicit wares. It will also be advised if your heading into Omega 41 to be careful around the two suns and their corona. ![]() Rules, decreed by Adjudicator Jack Matthews of the Junker Congress.
Donations to Bornholm and it's repairs, defensive and general economics are welcome. Transfer it to The Adjudicator or Speaker Tinkerbell. // .:j:.Jack.Matthews | .:j:.Tinkerbell //Also been helped by Tenacity, even if the JU is gone he deserves recognition for his help// //Will uppdate over time. your welcome to post comments, responses and the like.// Bornholm Depot and Omega 15 - Tenacity - 09-16-2008 // Uh, exactly why the hell did you bother posting this? We already have all of this info up in JU threads. The Junker's Union deals with omega 15 and rheinland junker stations. I'm sorry, but other than formality the congress has no influence here, and wont as long as I'm around. Your information and restrictions are not accurate to what we already have set up, and have had set up for quite a while now. I wont have some new 'adjudicator' coming around trying to mess with everything I've worked on. So tell tinkerbell to send you to another station, before we have an incident. // Bornholm Depot and Omega 15 - Culebra - 09-16-2008 *Logarithmic encryption ---- enabled.* *Frequency hopping ---- enabled* *Transmitting to Adjudicator Jack Matthews* *Spider detection ---- enabled* *Running Ratchet Hack Alpha 1.2 ********Hack Initiated********* . . *Line declared ---- secure* *Uplink established - using normal parameters* Greeting Adjudicator Matthews. This is Cesar Culebra. I hope you are not to bored out there in 0-15. I cannot commit any of my guard ships to Bornholm but Ratchet should be in the area patrolling Yanagi and Bornholm. He is mostly a Data Aquasition AI but he ship is armed for combat. Should you need any help in your new duties just drop me a line. Also you might want to update the comm relay out there I am getting alot of feedback and the signal is very weak. ********Hack Terminated********* *Uplink Terminated* //Bornholm belongs to all Junkers. You two can work together without needing any incidents. Bornholm Depot and Omega 15 - Serpentis - 09-17-2008 *Sending Response* *Link Active* Mr Culebra, im sure I'l be fine, it's a little quiet but there is alot to see here.... Heh. Id appreciate that Mr Culebra. We will indeed. *link closed* //Every Junker has acces to all Junker Stations. This is simply the congress way to make sure that there wont be any "problems" with anyone else. Im pretty sure we can make this work Tenacity// Bornholm Depot and Omega 15 - Walker - 09-17-2008 //However before you start throwing rules like that out- Ask Tinkerbell of Bornholm's frequenters! Learn more about what your tasked with before doing it... And dont utterly shove Tenacity who is already there and has much Roleplay entwined with the depot away. Bornholm Depot and Omega 15 - Serpentis - 09-17-2008 //I Havent shoved anything, im willing to make changes and more as long as people say something besides "We dont like it, get out!". Tinkerbell said i had free hands in this. And honestly most things are basic, The rules are just RP reasons.. i mean have you seen the size of Bornholm, im not sure that a Battleship can moor with that little thing:PAnyhow, Tenacity send me a mail with the Unions rules and I'l make the nescesary changes// Bornholm Depot and Omega 15 - Tenacity - 09-17-2008 All the rules, RP, and regulations around bornholme and kreuzberg are in the links in my signature. Many of yours dont match up - for example, dealings with the harvesters. You're trying to prevent them from collecting scrap at bornholme? You do realize that's likely to cause a war with them, right? I already have rules set up for the station, and yes - the junker's union IS in control of kreuzberg and bornholme. If I see any congress members trying to take control or enforce rules that the union doesnt agree with, I'll run you out of rheinland space. I dont understand why tinkerbell said you have "free hands" here, as the union already has itself established. I think it's time he respond to this. The last thing we need is a civil war between junkers - I respect the congress outside of my own space, but when they come here I expect them to return the favor. Bornholm Depot and Omega 15 - Serpentis - 09-17-2008 //You know what, i understand your feelings. Dont worry, i'l leave it as it is. In the Unions Control, im not an unreasonable person, i apoligise if i caused any anger, it wasnt my meaning. And when it came to the Harvester thing, i meant that they cant "Harvest/Attack" vessels in the debris field. That's what i meant. I'l remove the information i posted. Im sorry for ruining it for you mate.// Bornholm Depot and Omega 15 - Tenacity - 09-17-2008 No problem, I probably got a little more defensive about it than I should have. Tinkerbell knew beforehand that I already had everything for bornholme sorted out, he shouldnt have tried sending another player out there to make up his own rules. It isnt your fault, tink should have been a little more aware of what he was doing. Now, if you want to be some sort of representative of bornholme for the congress, that's fine - just dont try to enforce new or conflicting rules from what the union already has set up. It's hard enough running my own faction out in the middle of nowhere, especially with mining currently bugged to all hell, without having people trying to vie against me for how junkers in the area should behave, or how we should act towards non junkers. EDIT: I did rather like your maps and such though... |
