I'm making this thread because I just found out that not everyone has my same set of controls for first person shooters.
I have Left click as move forward, c as backward, space as jump, s as strafe left, f as strafe right.
a as alternate fire. tab as my use object/ enter vehicle. 1234567890 as weapons, and usually g or t as some sorta health button. depending on the game i play these are generally the controls.
What are your controls? Post em here. Are you default or have some incredibly strange set of buttons?

Standard controls, G for health is so wrong that is the taunt button

I use defaults myself, but my Freelancer mappings are off the wall.
T is strafe up
F is strafe left
G is engine kill
H is strafe right
B is strafe down
N is reverse thrust
D is turret mode
S is toggle mouse
Spacebar is thruster
R is nanobots
Y is shield batteries
U is tractor beam
....mostly everything else is normal.

For FPS I use (on an Azerty keyboard):
Z-Forward
S-Backward
Q-Strafe Left
D-Strafe Right
R-Reload
C or Space-Jump
C or Ctrl-Crouch
X-Prone
Usually does the trick

For me, Default for the most part. only time I change controls is if there is one that i use frequently that i need close by. Otherwise defualt works wonders for me

Standard WASD.
Ctrl for crouch (C for crouch is Ctrl is prone), space jump, mouse 1 is primary fire, mouse 2 is secondary fire.

ahh ya i forgot that I change my mouse sensitivity also.....usually to 8.00. Another thing, if i can change the hud any I usually make transparency to 50% and have it RGB 50,50,50(grey)

WASD, num keys for weapons, R for reload, F for use, Q-E for leaning where present, CTRL for crough, alt for prone, C for weapon mode (semi-full auto, nade-launcher), right button for ironsights/secondary mode, shift for walking, capslock for sprint.
Basically similar to FL in a way...

8.00 is the shiz for mouse sensitivity!
