2. What exactly are you requesting?
A Hel Cruiser with Spec Ops ID / Junker IFF
the Spec Ops ID would be an hybrid of Junker ID and Police ID. If there was a written description for the ID I'm requesting, it would've been something along these lines:
Quote:A pilot carrying this ID is a Special Operative who:
-Can attack any ship in self-defense, to protect another Junker ship, or in defense of a Junker base.
-Can demand cargo and credits from ships outside of Rheinland, Liberty and Bretonian house space, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Can demand ships to leave the 10k vicinity of Junker bases anywhere, and destroy them if they refuse to comply.
- Can engage ships affiliated with factions at war with Congress in Inverness and Puerto Rico
Allowed ships: Hel cruiser
This ship will be use by the congress, especially the captain John McAllister, to make people respect there rules around their station and in Inverness and Puerto Rico and will be use rarely in conflicts that could involve congress.

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
This SRP is necessary for some different reason. The first one is that John McAllister want to make junkers rules respected in all junker controled space (10K around their base, Puerto Rico, Inverness). These rules are simple, do not create trouble. That means that your weapons have to stay off when you are in junker congress rules, that you havent the right to do justice yourself and that you have to contact a junker to resolve any problem. The second one is linked a lot with Forres project. As administrator of this project, John McAllister, the captain of the .:j:.Helepolis, is very tied to it. The ship will serve as a mobile plateform of defense for the planet against Gallics principaly. The last one is that John McAllister want to help congress in all conflict, especially to defend all junkers and to protect congress interest.
5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?
One of the character's main short-term goals would be establishing a protection of Inverness system from Gallics raid with them going far and far inside Newcastle. With the increase of refugees population incoming in the system, John McAllister want to create a safe place for them, where they will be protected from Gallics. The .:j:.Helepolis wont be able to stand against a valor, but he will protect the planet from snubs raid.
The long term goal will be to have Forres planet viable and operational with a defense forces composed of some snubs and the Hel cruiser. Of course this ship will help to keep the system "neutral" to every house influence.

Most of my threads regarding activities with allied factions, friends and contracted parties about Forres planet and the Hel cruiser . They provide some insight into the project and goals of it.
8. How long has this character been building its backstory?
Since 2011 on the server as it is my character in congress but most of his RP and project activities started in february when Forres project started.

This is roleplay that was started for the removal of an Order BS in Inverness. The roleplay itself has not panned out, but it is a work in progress.
And this is a transmission sent from a pirate group to Liberty Government. The Helepolis was being used to defend Junker Congress against pirates acting more like assassins.
4. Provide a cliffnote/summary of the roleplay done related to the goal(s) listed in the original request.
The Hel Cruiser has been used in defense of Junkers within Inverness. While no major battles can be cited, several craft have been chased out of the system. Sooner or later Gallic Forces will start to poke around. Larzac and Helepolis will be there to greet them.
