Captain of the Valiant,
There are a couple of things I have to address, regarding you and your actions.
You say your ship is nearing construction completion, yet I see you flying around in that same ship, all the time. Care to explain that?
Also, please enlighten me as to why you shot down an innocent Junker who did nothing illegal, in Liberty space, today? I noticed that you are very trigger happy as well, having shot down several civilians for no apparent reason.
Please, explain, because at this point, I feel like denying it.
Also, you give no explanation as to how you acquired the rights to the ship, or your past records of service as a Navyman. Please elaborate further.

OOC: Yes, what Serpentis and Titan said. We're going to need a little more on that story. Inasmuch as in-game RP is concerned, I saw none. You were just shooting at anything that was 'red' on your HUD. Added to that, your other character, Badwolf-trader I believe, was going OOC non-stop in Liberty space.

yeh i would agree with serpentis but ive attempted to rp with this guy and had it shoved back, cause the DW fired on me with no warning, i ask why and then he said he had SS of me with cardi, fair enough... then he came along i tried to rp it out saying that the DW had damaged my ship to the extent it would implode in space cause of no pressure...and when i simulated the implosion he said said i went into the atmosphere in rp and that im going on KoS...

i have helped in a Big fight in the california system when a pirate fleet was there. (2GBs, 1crusier 4fighters/bombers) and i assited and destroyed 4 or 5 of them.(they added more later, or called for back-up.)
//OOC i am not talking about the Gunboat, i was RP in this fourm about the crusier. i didnt shoot down any Civilians besides him(the junker, which was a accedent)

the junker was near the fighting area i was near with a outcast, and he was(looked like) he was going to assist.
Badwolf-trader is irrelevant to this discussion. and the only OORP thing i did is in BadWolf-trader accont was docking at the mooring.

well i didnt mean that. i was just RP..anyway..i sometimes forget important things..(like KoS, so i wont KoS you then, fine.)

First: you buy a tiny fighter
Second: you built strong relation whit the local navy
third: you ask for join the navy and whit the time get promoted
Fourt:you ASK your superior for buy a cruiser
Five: you buy the capital ship you ask IF autorized by your superior
Its the ONLY way for get higher than a gunboat in Liberty
