Dear Ministers, Politicians, Reporters, Businessmen, Executives, Ladies and Gentlemen.

Some of you may doesn't know CDI yet. The institute I lead was recently created as a non-governmental organization by group of open-minded Cambridge scholars and social activists. Our goal is open discussion about society, business, politics and international relations. While we start in Bretonia, eventually we aim at becoming Sirius-wide think-tank; an open platform of information and opinion exchange. Humanitarian values, human rights, democracy and open society, values which were and continue to be paramount for Sirian Houses, are our values.

Honorable recipients, these are hard times for Bretonia. We're experiencing critical moment which will designate the future of Kingdom for next centuries. Wars against Kusari, Rheinland and Gallia have left the mark on Bretonian population. Rampant piracy, threat of both home and foreign origin, profits from current situation. Changes in social structure, living conditions, employment structure, that all was and is influencing the living body of Bretonian nation. Humanitarian crisis, issue of Leeds citizens under Gallic occupation, foreign relations in Kingdom's current state, that all creates many problems and questions which need to be openly discussed, in a constructive manner.

Cambridge Research Institute is ready to accommodate everyone wishing to share his opinion and participate in discussion with our experts. Special offer is directed to journalists wishing to publicate in our periodical, we look forward to cooperation with individual Bretonian journalists, newspapers, news agencies, and all willing to work with us mass media.

Yours faithfully,

Sir David Jude Silbermann, First Baronet of Chatham, CEO
