Need clarification on ID entries
"Cannot ally with any unlawfuls"
What does it means? Can one invite them in group?
Can one buy from them? Can one dock on their base?
"Can actively hunt xxxxyyyy players"
Just start shooting at first sight?
"Cannot participate in unlawful actions"
Can one smuggle drugs or weapons?
And last question, can corporate 5k smuggle illegal things?

You cannot group with unlawfuls if your ID has this line, at least not in a combat situation.
You can deal with them.
Whether or not you can dock on a base is determined by rephacks. If you're not supposed to dock on a faction's bases, your rep will permanently be -0.55 (five and a half red bars) or lower.

You can't just start shooting without a word, you must roleplay beforehand. Say something, something that is more than just "engaging" or so.

You can smuggle whatever you want, "unlawful actions" in this case only refers to piracy or attacking lawfuls.
