Ok, i have basic transport and i was used to normally land in hamburg. but today i wanted to enter it again but my game crashed. i tried it twice more but always same. then i tried docking ring (i usually use mooring fixture for instant land) but it said something like "aknowledge, your request is denied, we do not serve ships of your size.... but i always normally landed there... then i tried nearby station and same...
btw if its mine foult then sorry. i play discovery for two weeks.

What cargo were you carrying, out of curiosity? We used to have an issue with people carrying diamonds/niobium to and from kyushu that would cause them to crash.
Most ships above freighter size cannot use docking rings to land on a planet, because the ship is too big to fit through the rings. You have to use the mooring fixture for larger vessels.
As to the crashing issue, it could be a server problem, there's been a lot of lag and server crashes lately. It could also be, as said above, a cargo or equipment issue which is causing the server to think you're cheating.

I was carrying Boron from Frankfurt where i unloaded my pervious cargo.
With that docking ring - i have tarnsport so this will be problem but when i use fixture it crashes.
I also tried nearby station (dont remember name) and it crashed aswell.
Do you think that my problem is in that Boron cargo?
