Can we get modified Pictures for the official faction ID? - Jack_Henderson - 01-29-2015

The faction IDs now look all the same.
I think it would be damn nice if official factions could define how they look. E.g. by adding a symbol or something that represents their faction nicely.

Redon made something really cool there. I'll repost it here in quote, so the right person gets the kudos!

Some faction logos are missing because there was no logo or no suitable version of it.

Some of them are questionable for similar reasons or because of low contrast.

Do with these what you want.

Talk to the Devs. They can tell you if it's possible or not. They can also tell you if they are willing to do it or not.

Why shouldn't it be possible? It takes like 1 minute of work, given the official faction supplies a fitting icon (size and format).

Willing to do it is anther matter - need to find someone not lazy enough to do it 8|

We could propose it into next update, what do you thing, maybe we should make a topic with list of proposal for updates?

We could also give certain IDs new icons, like generic Liberty lawful authority IDs having Libertonian Star as an icon.
