Greetings Rogue leadership, i am Colonel Eveyln Marks of the 522nd Battlegroup, Commander of Nova Squadron. I am not one for long explanations, so i will cut to the chase. We both have a common enemy, the liberty government. Unfortunately for my squadron, we have no way to strike at them effectively. I request the use of Montezuma Base in Cortez for a base of operations for my squadron, to facilitate surgical strikes against the liberty Navy and government facilities. Terms of a deal can be worked out.
