Alright, I am diving in on a massive endeavor. Fixing the Restarts:
So according to an anonymous ModDevMin
All restarts are Ships. Like Ships that are loaded onto your account when you type /restart.
So, I want to embark on an endeavor to fix the restarts and to do that you have to make make a set of ships with the "Perfect" Rep sheet. the Perfect NPC repsheet,.
For one person that is suicidal

Would you need a ship that has a complete map of everything in the game?
Because I totally feel like I'm up to that challenge, it just might take me a few weeks.

Vulkhard Muller: If I recall correctly, you and I were admins on the same server years ago (an American server, I think). I'm not sure if it was the same server, but I was an admin on a server in late 4.85/early 4.86 where I was editing the reputations in the restarts on that server, since many of the default restarts had messed up reputations.
Misfit: Admins already have a command that can give them a full map (or at least such a command was available in 4.86, so I imagine that it is still available). I seriously doubt that the developers, not to mention the GC admins, would want normal players to have access to a restart with a full map.
