Origins of Family (IE: History):
The roots of the Maruo family date back to the original Shogunate Imperial's Guard. When the Shogun was forced into exile, they followed him. The Maruo family has always been linked to the defence of the Shogunate, since the old days. Their bold way of fighting has thinned their ranks leaving only Suehiro alive.
What the family do today:
Today Suehiro flies to defend the interests of the Shogun.
What they want:
Because they are an ancient family, revenge is what drives the Maruo family forward. For them, avenging the Shogun by killing those who now call themselves Exiles is a far more important endeavour than actually retrieving the Shogun's former power and control over Kusari. Despite this their discipline obliges them to follow orders, so they will fight for the recovery of Kusari if ordered to, but they will still use all their free time to hunt down the traitors who once wronged the Shogun.

The clan had grown over the course of Shana's rise to power as a Blood Dragon daimyo, many admired the way she lead the forces into battle without fear and with ferocity. No backing down, battle until death! The majority of the Nesho'en come from Kyoto and other Dragon families, but a big percent are also outsiders who decided to join and fight for the cause, at least.. thats what others thing.
What the family do today:
War, blood, battle! Training day and night, making money on the side with other deals. Though the clan is strong when it comes to serving the interests of the Hideyoshi shogunate.
What they want:
The head of the clan wants to beat Damiyo Gamagori in a drink-off, the rest want to become better warriors, both in space combat and in the art of wielding a blade, so that one day one of them could take over.
