When someone is sanctioned their account is banned they cannot access their characters.
So, when someone is sanctioned should their characters be frozen?
I am unsure if this is the case at the moment.

First thing, it is entirely impossible to freeze accounts now, that is why it is never done.
Secondly, in a lot of cases, the bans are implemented because of cheating, so the
characters are allowed to be deleted. No one is playing here on the proceeds of
hacked credits ever ... However they get them.
Thirdly, and the case in point, that character and account were never banned in the
first place. And reading through it again, the member posting in a thread from Feb
this year, has in fact nothing whatsoever to do with the original sanction as he has
actually managed to point out now ...
