Now that IMG has Lost/been neutered of its Gold Ore/Uncut Diamonds.
Why not buff the Hessians and the Mollysies mining rates respectively to slightly below their corporate counter parts?

Because we don't want IMG's spot to be simply replaced with the unlawfuls, we want it to stay vacant and give reasoning to log the respective corporate faction. If you are the unlawful, there isn't much of a threat to you, since the military and police factions don't go to these regions very much unless some miner needs assistance.
