We were quite shocked as well. Not by you showing up hostile on our scanners, but by your transmission being so incredibly ignorant. There is no mistake, arbiter, our relations have been this way for many years. The reason why shouldn't be difficult to guess either, you see you might have "less than cordial" relations with the government, but you also got less than cordial relations with our allies, the Xenos. Not to forget that all kinds of scum have issues with the government yet we don't like rogues or outcasts either.

So, I think the confusion should be out of the way now. Do not mistake this for a flat out rejection. I personally am very much in favour of being pragmatic about these things. I realize the Junkers have a unique position in Sirius that allows you to move between the legal and the outlawed realms. But before we go into any detail I want to explain the following issues with which you would have to agree to make this thing work.

1. The Xenos are our friends, we are not betraying them.
2. Let's keep things discreet. You don't want the police to find out, we don't want the Xenos to find out.
3. We do not tolerate slavery, smuggling of drugs or artefacts and piracy. We know you probably do those things anyway so better keep it out of our sight.

If you think you can agree with those points then we may perhaps start talking about some deals, if not, then things will stay as they are.
