I had to remove some bits of equipment from your ships to ensure they would stop causing crashes, you should be able to fly the ships now. I had to remove guns on some ships, the shield on others. You'll have to rebuy the equipment. If money is an issue, see with an admin to receive some compensation for the lost equipment.
Additionally, all other ex-barges should be ready to go now. If you still get kicked for cheating, post here.

Not sure what happened to your ship but its file was all over the place. It should work now.

Samura|-Shinkansen is bugged. While docked on the base I cannot see transport guns mounted or the CD but I can see them in weapons list while flying through space. Did not want to try buying new cruiser guns, was afraid it would mess up something. Also, 5 docking modules are missing from it from the time while it was a Barge.

Some things were lost along the way indeed. The docking modules were just hidden, however the turrets were indeed bugged and I deleted them. You should be good to go now.
