Your target is a Warren Bomber, Pirate ID, under the call-sign of Drake. Hangs around Liberty, making a damn nuisance of himself. You'll get 25 million per destruction of his vessel, up to 100 million. An extra 15 million will be applied to those hunters who say "The Roach Coach says Hi"
