BIG PEW IN OMICRON DELTA II [Stress Test] - Lythrilux - 06-23-2015
This is pretty much the same as the last one.
Some people and I need to have a massive pew in Omicron Delta to see how well the server can handle the playerbases for the Core, Corsairs and Order. This is so that we can try and craft an experience that doesn't have horrible lag for an upcoming Omicron event.
DATE: 27th June 2015
TIME: 18:00 UTC
WHERE: Omicron Delta, Freeport 11
PARTICIPANTS: Core, Corsairs, Order ONLY. This event is open to both official factions and indies of course.
DURATION: Probably about an hour or so. Basically until people get bored. Or until the server crashes like last time (but hopefully that won't happen
)SHIP TYPES: All ship types are permitted.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
You may swap onto another ship of the same or the other side if you die.
If you try to join the fight but you don't have a Core, Corsair or Order ID you'll get told to get lost. People are free to film the battle though or to watch.
Depending how we want to proceed with the planned event, the rules of this event may be adjusted accordingly. Otherwise, feel free to sign up.

Sounds good. But..if everybody will swap onto another ship if he'll die, this battle will take a long time to end.

People will eventually get bored eventually. It's the same thing we had last time and it worked nicely.
