Rule 3.2 clarification - Fluffyball - 07-21-2015

I was told to use common sense. But some say I can return for trading, some say I can not. There are even ppl who stated it is completely valid to return with other character/account, but not to seek combat... Admins, I need a direct clarification on that rule.

So no, if you're 'dead' you may not return. If you're a trader that docked under fire, you're not 'dead'. Like I said in the last thread, this really isn't difficult.
Read the entire section from start to end. Not hard.
