Long live the Gottkanzler - Church of the Green Eagles question - Pinko - 07-29-2015

A long, long time ago, back before the Gallic invasion, the Rheinlander lawful factions used to enforce the state religion of the Church of the Green Eagles, which worshipped the Kanzler of Rheinland as a living deity, and some other odd aspects. Lore wise, what happened to this cult? Has it died down? Was it retconned? Would there still be fanatic cells around? Since the cult is not mentioned in the modern set of Rheinlander laws, I assume it is not an enforced state religion anymore, at the very least.

Have you considered it being part of vandalism?

[Vandalism in wiki terms means the intentional addition, altering, removal of content in order to lower the quality of the overall article]

Hello, member of rh gov here

I can only say words cannot describe how retarded that thing was, but I think we may forgive it as it was just another stupidity from the times when disco was young.

Please don't consider it as any real, valid roleplay.

Well, the term "Gottkanzler" was used by [RM] members sometimes. I made a small search in my DSAce logs and found some.. explanations.

Quote:[26.12.2010 15:38:43] [RM]Fl.Carl.v.Manstein: //We aren't allowed to use the "gottkanzler" word?
[26.12.2010 15:38:54] [RM-RNC]Rendsburg: //some do, some dont..
[26.12.2010 15:39:02] [RM-RNC]Rendsburg: //if you are fealing nice and zealous.. go for it
[26.12.2010 15:39:04] [RM-RNC]Rendsburg: Tongue
[26.12.2010 15:39:27] [RM]Fl.Carl.v.Manstein: //well Carl is a patriot so he sometimes wants to use it
[26.12.2010 15:39:33] [RM-RNC]Rendsburg: //heh.
[26.12.2010 15:39:45] [RM-RNC]Rendsburg: //if you see your kanzler as a god., then sure.. go for it
[26.12.2010 15:40:21] [RM-RNC]Rendsburg: //gottkanzler is an old tradition.. going back to when the [RM] was founded 6-7 years ago
[26.12.2010 15:40:36] RNC-Moskau: //wow
[26.12.2010 15:40:44] [RM-RNC]Rendsburg: //at first it was modles after warhammer 40k

Nah, I'm aware of what the Gottkanzler is, I was just wondering what was the modern stance on it.
