Flak Turrets buff, + make Novas penetrate - SnakeLancerHaven - 08-04-2015
So I've been thinking, what if we actually make use of these Flak turrets, give them more dmg but make Torps able to penetrate the Flak wall the Novas wont just bump and fly into a different direction.
I kinda see 2 sided balance, Pros and Cons, discuss pls.

Give flaks more range instead and decrease the power consumption somewhat.

I like the idea, give more range (like spaz said) but sometimes a stray nova may not bounce off in any direction, and may hit you!

What Spazzy said, also don't make novas penetrate flaks, battleships already have enough trouble against bombers. Buff the bs missiles while you're at it.

Btw when you fire flak, it doesnt fire properly to target

But that's the point. Since Flaks will get buffed, Bombers will die faster, so it doesn't matter if Novas penetrate you, because the Bombers have to stay far away in order to do it. Which leaves the role of the Nova-CDers easier, because when a Snub approaches you'll have it easier making the Nova explode right into his face even, because of higher dmg.
