Birth
Born in a small town east of the Bloodrose estate, Marcelo James Rinaldi never knew his mother. His father, Rinaldo Bloodrose took him from the tearful arms of his slave born mother mere minutes after his birth. His father gave him the middle name, James, due to the emotional woman's begging for such a small kindness as to name the child she would never see again.

Childhood
Growing up, Marcelo learned many things about his father and who he worked for, knowing above all else, that his father was a man to be feared and respected. His childhood was quite the normal one for a Maltesian child growing up on Malta. He often found himself playing in with children of other syndicate members, playing "Pirates and Bounty Hunters" and games such as this.

Finding Work
The Day he turned 16, Marcelo's father took him to the Bloodrose estate, introducing him to Federico Bloodrose, whom his Father acted as a personal bodyguard for at the time. This was the first time he laid eyes on the illusive daughter of the Bloodrose Syndicate leader, Marissa Bloodrose. He found her to be a beautiful young girl and someone he would wish to know someday. The meeting with Federico was an uneasy one as His father was scolded for nearly 3 hours for letting a spy from a rival Famiglia escape while protecting Federico. At the end, Marcelo was only able to speak with the frightful man for a hand full of minutes before taking his leave. A week later, he found himself working as a cooks hand on a Cardamine transport, the crew taking a dislike to the young man as he was quite literally thrust onto them by Federico without the captains consent.

The Bloodrose Coup
Years later, Marcelo found himself at the bloodbath that would become legend as Marissa Bloodrose, the girl he'd seen all those years ago, took over the Famiglia with her admitted lover, Angelica. The months that followed were uneasy for him as he watched his idiot father gunned down right before his eyes by a man his father had called friend for so long. Only a few days before the massacre, his father spoke with him about doubts over something a fellow syndicate guard had informed him of, that the Daughter of the Famiglia he'd served for so many years was planning to kill a man he'd looked up to for so long, Federico Bloodrose. Marcelo tried to tell his father that he should join the Coup and not go against what the man had told him would happen, though at his outrage, his Father sided with Federico and ended up shot in the back, bleeding out right before his yes.

Current Days
Nearly a year later, Marcelo found himself promoted to the rank of "Flower" and captaining a Bloodrose CT-73 "Stork" Civilian Advanced Train with the new surname, Bloodrose. For the next 2 years, Marcelo spent his time smuggling Cardamine into liberty and Slaves back to Malta, proving time and again how capable of a captain he could be. Multiple times, he found himself in the mix with both enemies and allies, fighting off Bounty hunters and Corsairs, with Bloodrose, Crimson Cross, and others aiding him along the way. At times, he would even have the privilege of fighting along side Rise Bloodrose herself, captaining her personal Tridente Gunship.

Rise Bloodrose eventually found Marcelo as a capable and calculating member of her family, so much so, that on the eve of his fathers death, Marissa requested his presence at the bloodrose Compound. One tense yet thrilling dinner later, Marcelo found himself promoted to the rank of "Thorn". Although he never knew his mother, and lost his father to the very women he looks up to and works for, Marcelo James Bloodrose is an Honest man, He never wavers from his duties, always keeps his promises, and puts loyalty and trust above all else. His kind heart coupled with his strong if not unwavering personality has brought him fortune and friends, though never love, Of course that could soon change given a recent acquisition of his by the Name of Zoe Cromwell.
