Vogtland Hessian fail - SnakeLancerHaven - 08-09-2015
Now I dunno if this is a bug or something however. I buy Side Arms from Vogtland (Hessian Base) and as soon as I leave, I get contrabanded. "I want loot and I want it now!"
This hurts my reputation as I always have to decline, can someone fix taht? During the whole way every hessian contrabands o_o

Sounds like the ship in question is neutral to the Red Hessians. As far as I know, almost all unlawfuls (Junkers included) will try to "pirate" neutral NPCs or PCs with cargo that they want.
Additionally as far as I know, you don't lose any reputation unless you actually defend yourself against the now-hostile ships upon refusal.
