I might have misunderstood the question, but there is no Omicron Delta jump hole in Sigma-17.

Could be a temporary jumphole created via FLHook. At least there's no trace of the jump hole in the system file. That would also explain why it's not listed on the map.

It's been there since vanilla, and listed on the map...
left top of F6 in Sigma 17,
Left top of E3 in Theta.
Haven't used it recently but I would assume it's still there.
