After months stalled pending discussion from the patrons of the Takarabune holding, we have been given a green light to start project Benzaiten's Shroud. Section 0 of the project has begun work in our installations in Planet Junyo, but we need to start considering potential sites to develop the other more advances phases of the project. The original proposal relied on the availability of the Sakurajima Complex facilities, but that project has also seen it's development stalled on paper by the higher ups. We had word from our master The Fisherman that talks there could be an exchange of experts with the Gaians in the near future, many of them coming to nearby installations to learn about ambient control and containment techniques of Kusari. Perhaps some of them could be persuaded to join our research as well. In the financial and material department, installations for the initial phase are secured, and prime matter is abundant in Junyo.
