Here.
Here is your chance at adding a balancing factor, where use of cloaks and JDs would need just a bit more investment. Instead 1000 units of them cost 25 000$. Is cloaking technology really that dirt cheap these days?

Perhaps only the batteries are that cheap. I'm not against raising their price though.

What a wonderful idea. Make a cloak battery cost 500.000 credits and problem will be fixed. After that you'll see the marketplace full of messages with people selling their cloaking devices.

Yes. Unless the cloaks were designed to use a somewhat common type of battery, like the shield one. But I don't think someone would design such an "unique" technology and use a common battery... design choice, I guess...
but in my humble opinion, they should be more expensive and also not available at any station, perhaps only in some shipyards and other logical ones like research etc.

There is a cloak disruptors that is not being used alot. i think this was made to keep it balanced.

Could work, I guess. Not having them on every single base and being slightly more expensive would certainly make cloaking more of an investment (and cash sink which is nice).

Of course is nice, bring in as many cash sinks as you can get, we have too many players and this game just launched a month ago. Fair enough.
