Screenshots for Freelancer - Galm-1 - 10-28-2008
Hey, ive been playing for a long time now and i always get "Just prnt screen noob" or "Reset in in commands" sometimes "Sucks for you" But i really want to fix this, ive looked in the commands and there is no scrrenshot button assingnment. Ive searched my computer and every screenshot ive tried taking, isnt there.
Any idea?
Any ideas that dont involve reinstalation?
Any free screenshot programs?
P.S. One weekends i use a different Cpu, its really dark and the change gamma setting is gone,, anyone know how to brighten it?
P.S.S. Already tried moniter settings.

For screenshots, press Printscreen, then check the folder located at My Pictures\FreelancerShots.

I had this happen on my old machine...printscreen just stopped working. The only thing you can do is to install some kind of screen capture program. I know a couple of people have a cracked version of Fraps running around somewhere...talk to Kingvalliant, he might be able to hook you up.

Have you tried just using the Prnt Screen button?
It's normally on the top right hand side of the keyboard.
When you press it, it should automatically save the file to My Pictures -> Freelancer Shots
I'm not sure about monitors though...

I wouldn't bother with that. Just get Xfire and press Scroll Lock and S at the same time and it takes your shot in game. It also does video's so a pretty awesome program in all, you just have to click on the file tab then screenshots in Xfire to get the pictures.
(right click then select "Open Directory").

Galm-1 and Ximen whether or not you are joking or messing about, i dont know but thats not helpful, and not very good first impressions, if he hasnt met you before...
I had the same or similar problem on my old pc ( which i use upstairs) and never fixed it, i used xfire as Incindre rightly said.

download, make a user, and use scroll lock + s to take screenshots and scroll lock + x to talk ingame.
