Font in game way too big... Need help in making it smaller. - poleice - 12-06-2015

The font in game is way too big and it overlaps over itself and there are items where I cannot tell what the price is since the texts overlay themselves.

I'm sure there has to be a way to fix it.

Try changing font in... Windows Notebook. Sometimes it affects the font size inside other applications.

Install fonts from the /Fonts folder on your iso.

Alternatively install the Agency FB and Microsoft Sans Serif manually.

Hi! Could you please provide a screenshot to help us identify the issue? What @"Protégé" explained above is the most likely cause of this issue if you recently installed/moved Freelancer.

If you haven't got a copy of the fonts that came with the game easily available, you may find the ones that you need to install in this zip. You can install them by right-clicking one of them (after unzipping the file) and then clicking "Install" for each of the three fonts.

Make sure the resolution you used is one that Freelancer supports. Most 4:3 resolutions fix the text size.
This can also be caused by installing the game by means other than the installation program on the disk/image. Make sure you do that.
