Well me and Fuski tried going through and we were stuck in an infinite jump bug.

Yeah, this normally happens. It just requires a server restart, it applies to all jumpgate/holes by the way, it's not just them.
Though the automated restart should happen soon, don't know when. It's randomised between 3 - 11 am server time

Already notified them bro. The post is put in the Disco server status thread. Not here. I'll get on Cin and figure out what's going on with the base in the mean time.
