Not content with just Sirius, The Core has begun trying to take over the real world from within the world of social media (or something).

After a bit of checking, it was found that whoever made it could have simply looked at our general chat title, which screams "Troll!". They were considerate to make the website lead to The Core's information thread, though.
And now, the "Who made it" pool, for those interested.
The entry fee is one internet.
The prize for guessing correctly is 0.9 internets. (We have to make a profit somewhere.)
If you think you know who made it, shout it out. But not in all caps. Even in Flood, we have standards.
Also, FYI, Lyth isn't the guy who made it. I was just there on Skype asking about it, and he disavowed all knowledge, but was visibly amused.
Other Core| guys can confirm if they've checked Skype recently.
