It is possible to mine with hagemon , exit and come with a transport to take what you mine? With jump drive or a clock?

Nope, cause when you exit the game and a player is not near, the ore will just disappear.

yes you can. you can mine with hegemon then dock and click F1 choose transport undock then pickup the cargo. I used to mine for myself when I started to play.
note: both hegemon and transport must be on same account and docked in same station. don't leave any of them on the space.

If there is POB around just sell it there and buy it on your transport.

That is how it worked back in days. You do not waste time hauling and trader takes risks, while you get 50% income.

I was curious if is possible, because I seen a player mining for himself and I was not sure if is cheating or not. I like to interact with players, if I will mine for myself I can better play singleplayer.

its a risk,leaving the game until you can log back in,the ore might be already gone
there's a lot of POBs that can help you do so
if you don't have someone to play with,especially during the early hours when there's not many players online you could make a junker character and mine some scrap,take it to the Texas pob (Beaumont) or just deliver it yourself in your mighty salvager with Solaris turrets
