What are the detailed relations between the GRN and the IMG.
I just got these messages on my Liberty Dreadnought(Name of the PMing Player changed to "GRN BS":

First of all... it is weird but I was more confused about the fact that this BS apparently shot an IMG station.

Freeport 4 is LN controlled. The devs just keep forgetting to actually make the change and thought a plugin quick change will serve as a reason, which got reversed every time the server has a micro update.

The player PMing you is silly. Shooting the base in general is just something to do while waiting for the LN/BAF to show up.

Talking roleplay, GRN should've flat out annihilated IMG and evicted them from all contested sectors, including Magellan and Tau-23. It's silly that this hasn't happened.

Yeah I guess that is alright. I thought the RP silly as well but it made me actually curious about the relations and the state of the Freeport.

The 2 ships in question just wanted somebody to come along and attack them, nothing more.
It was a way to draw attention that they were sat there.

As I know, that Freeports are zoners bases, correct me if I'm wrong? so where is IMG here? and what is the relation between GRN and IMG anyway?

That particular Freeport is and has always been IMG.
