Mav,

Comms blackout is lifted. We dropped off a good two-hundred-and-fifty or so of Navarro's non-essential personnel. They'll be catching transit into house space. We're still over crowded. A solution is underway, but nothing is set in stone yet.

As such, give me an update on The Cincinnati, your crews status, and anything that might be relevant. Once thats all done, I should have something for you.

Well! You're just in time! Good ol' Initiative contracting got us parts and we got the entire ship all patched up. *Maverick raises his hands, showing them both wrapped up in light gause* Also got into it with the reader. But we solved the lockout. The ship is completely combat ready. Oh... Speaking of combat ready. Stevens, send over the comm log. "Yes sir." We were found by a bloke named Joker. Poking around for information while I was trying to get her bypassed. Sylus told 'em. You'll see it in the logs. We also fooled a Gallic. I don't know how. But it was close.

*as you read the message a side screen opens up with a recording of the speech between them.*

*The recording stops playing. Maverick continues.*

I'll also inform you that From This Valley is here with us and so is the Artemis. Again, Engines are repaired and the Core is functional. Wait till you see how we did it! As far as crew, The only members we should have on the ships is the ones designated for the ship's themselves. All of the crew from the stations were dropped off by us. At least, most of them. Either way. Once I'm done here with you, I'm going to contact the Guild Master of the Independent miners and thank them for their time.

Maverick,

Whoever he is and whoever he works for seem to be looking for ghosts. As far as the universe is concerned, I'm dead. Pierce is uh, actually dead. No loss. Stacker has been tailing him, and I've got bits from two conversations between two individuals, talking about the same thing.

In the meantime, good to see she's up and running again. I'll have to get a good look at her myself when I have the time. For now though, coordinates for surveying a new home have been sent to you over a private network. The Artemis will be joining you, mainly to keep an eye out for hostiles from either Point Delta or the general populace of the local houses. A full survey of the system in question would be better suited. Once thats done, we'll set course for your location, and figure out where to go from there.

Auxesia operates close by, so see what you can do to help them in combatting the Primary threat, should the need arise.

Alright! SO! Here's what we got for you. We've done our survey of Inverness. The only one seemingly habitable would be Foress. It's a pretty hot sucker. Hotter than Pierce's throat was. *Sylus chuckles in the background* Yeah you like that? *chuckles himself* Recommended somewhere in the poles. That's where it's the coolest. We also took a little trip out to Delta to see how the Valley was doing. Seems Ol' Walker took on a bit more than he could chew. On our way back to Inverness, this chap named Joker came around again. From what we know, He's part of the blackguard. A rogue core group from 5 or six years ago. He's against Nomads, Wild, Oracle, and The Comune. I'd venture he's against Outcasts too. Either way, here's a transmission log of what we talked about.

What in the name of a Gallic is this bloke even talking about? Pierce tried to kill you, And he was an informant too? I'unno, Hunt. This guy may be trying to get in on us. Besides that. Nothing out of the blue. Just us and Artemis here. Junkers really know how to live out here! Under the radar and th... *inaudible talk comes from Maverick as he randomly gets up and walks off, Sylus briefly shown in the feed, as he cuts the transmission behind him.*

Maverick,

The rest of the fleet is moving to your location now. We'll begin setting up shop as soon as we arrive. Good work.

Now, for the uh, other half of this.

Pierce wasn't an informant. Especially since I've known him longer than anyone around. I have his file, and his journal. No mention of relations or communications at all, even through his neural net accounts. Pierce was money hungry, which is how I got him to sign on, but his ambition developed with his insanity. He paid the price when he tried to kill me, because thats pretty hard to accomplish.

Anyways, he's definitely lying. Stay sharp out there.

*The recording begins with Maverick peering into the camera from his quarters. Quite a serious expression, even though he's still got a smirk.*

Seems you need to re-think who your friends are, Hunt. Your boy just made it to our own watch list. I understand it's your day off and all, but you can address this with us later. Take an ear to this. This is a log of your pal, and an LSF agent.

So. As I'm sure you can guess. Based off this, He called the Agent to us. Probably Compromising the Cincinnati by doing so. An act like this, He's now on the Cincinnati's wanted list, even if he is *Puts up air quotes* "Your friend." Enjoy your day of, Hunt. We'll have a talk later...
