1) Sakhalin shipyard in S59.............doesn't have one. Why?
2) One of my transports has a "carrier bay" listed. Does this mean I can fit a docking module?

1) Doesn't have what?
2) Yes, you can mount one docking module on a transport, but docking modules are currently disabled.
