Was searching when got the question.
Is it allowed to mine as an unlawful character novadays?
So for example can I get a hegemon and a red hessian ID and start to mine uncut diamonds just from one step away Dresden and be a richie rich?

Molly's are miners, so i assume there are plenty of unlawful factions that mine.
