Post 5.3 "Singularity" release business as usual changes. Although technically some of the POB ones are due to mod release.
Following recent Player Requests:
- LWB ZOI has now expanded to include Zurich and Champagne.
- Two Veteran Packages set up
- Five POB moved. One move/IFF change rejected.
As with all changes monitoring will occur to make sure no unforseen circumstances appear.
- Four player requests awaiting OP reply, a further two with Devs and three under discussion.
- Seven violation reports are under discussion and/or voting, a further one is awaiting player reply, oldest is from August 24th.
- There are seven faction related perk requests, four less that two weeks old, three older but more convoluted ones are ongoing.
- Two extant POB requests have appeared within the last two weeks and are being discussed and worked on. There is one from July awaiting a modelling solution.
- There is only one SRP and its implementation is just being clarified.
- Four player requests awaiting OP reply, a further two with Devs and three under discussion.

Added to Omicron Legal Codex: APM now restricted hardware https://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=8584&pid=1626102#pid1626102
"2.0 - Restricted Commodity
APM Hardware: all ships that do not belong to Core, APM or Ageria seen with "APM Advanced Hardware" in any of our known territories or within 50 K of any Core base or installation, shall be, based on their stance, forced or asked to:
a -- surrender their cargo on the spot, along with a fine of ten (10) -fifteen (15) percent of the total value of the cargo.
or
b -- if a known hostile individual, organization, and/or nation they will be shot on sight."
As with all changes, there will be a trail period to monitor unforseen impacts.

To take effect next server restart:
- BAF IDs are no longer rephacked hostile with BAE, a 0.7 fixed rep is applied, same as BIS.
- Chochinbi are now rephacked nodock to KNF, KSP, Kishiro, and Samura.
- Interspace are now rephacked hostile to Xenos.
