I really want to know if they will, or is it just a Hybrid Cloak thing?

Nomad cloaks use nomad cloak bats, wild cloaks i believe use no bats, normal cloaks use normal cloak bats.

K'Hara ID'd ships use the ID for fuel and don't require batteries
Wilde ships require the Power Cell to have their cloaks operate
