I have sent this transmission to inform you about a recent item that the Core has discovered on it's patrols. If you catch up on the news, you may have heard about it from our recent broadcast: (02-21-2016, 01:44 AM)The Core Wrote: Kemwer Munitions As you can see, the Order has begun manufacturing dangerous weaponry to give to insurgents, unlawuls and other criminal elements attempting to cause havoc in your region of space. Not only that, but they are sourced from untamed technologies and power sources that the Order lacks understanding of to produce without causing potential harm. I highly advise that your government works quickly to stamp such a commodity as contraband, to prevent them from being ferried around legally. Together, we can clamp down on the Order's attempt to undermine Sirius-wide security. Meanwhile, we have created a non-criminal alternative to these munitions that will be exported to benefit our friends and allies, such as yourselves. You will not find these in the hands of criminals. These are tailored Hardware packages, created from an assortment of goods. We call it APM Advanced Hardware. Now, you know that we do also tinker with rare, exotic and alien technologies in the Edge Worlds, however we can assure you that we understand what we are doing and this new export will be safe for military usage. I stress the importance of military, as allowing civilian personnel to trade this item would be most unwise. Therefore, I am requesting that you make these Hardware packages illegal for non-Core and non-Military vessels to trade within your space. It's too ambiguous to assume that civilians and civilian corporations have the qualifications or equipment to handle these items properly. I do however fully invite your logistical divisions to come to Omicron Rho and export APM Advanced Hardware from Alabama Shipyard to your military bases. Finally, I would like to ask you to make a request to your governments to convince them to allow the Core to trade Nomadic materials, equipment, and anything produced by either, within your space. This will be for military and research purposes, with purpose of benefiting your House in mind. These items are the keys to unlocking the next step of technological evolution. If you are ever stuck in a conflict, or perhaps have a large scale domestic security issue, these items are the solution to your problem. All you need is an organisation you can put faith in and trust to deliver these items with security and safety in mind. We want to help you as much as we can, and make Sirius a better place. Allow us to help you embrace technological greatness and advancement, and we will both enter a new era of peace, prosperity and power. -E. SENDER ID: FADM Harriet Fieldson ::: Liberty Navy, First Fleet RECEIVER ID: Erik Nodtviet SENT ON: 23 (Tuesday) ::: 02 (February) ::: 823 SUBJECT: Re: Core Exports ENCRYPTION: HIGH PRIORITY: HIGH ----------
Erik Nodtviet,
It has been a while since there has been any communication between the Core and the Navy and it seems like about time to catch up. For starters I'm glad you're bringing in relatively good news.
This invention of the Order, "Kemwer Munitions" sounds interesting. It is indeed a rather blunt and bold move from the Order. Given that we are lacking information on these Kemwer munitions, I request that we are given a number of samples, confiscated or captured, in order to conduct studies and research on this "commodity" aboard our specialized installations. On another note, we are also quite interested in acquiring a specified amount of APM Advanced hardware to study and evaluate. Depending on the results we can reach an agreement on supply deliveries, however this hardware is to be exclusively handled only by the Liberty forces and the Core, within Liberty space. As far as nomadic materials go, they have exclusively been handled by Liberty forces ever since the Nomad War. Such a matter will require to be discussed and also given a permit by the Department of Defense. I will notify them about this matter. I will already be preparing an ESRD group to visit Omicron Delta or Rho in order to pick up these requested commodity samples as well as to discuss any other topics that you would require a rather face-to-dace discussion. Cooperation with the core has proved fruitful in the past and I hope it remains so. Sure, whilst we have no issue with placing samples into your hands, I must warn you that the Order has currently installed a fierce anti-tampering mechanism into these. I doubt that it is impossible for our team to crack, but it is certainly proving to be difficult. Therefore, I am suggesting against you potentially spending the time and resources to analyse Kemwer Munitions. In the meantime, we can continue our experiments and studies and get back to you with the results once we have a breakthrough. We can certainly give you some APM Advanced Hardware though. In fact, we greatly encourage for you to look at and develop upon these packages. I am fully open to hearing your proposal on delivery terms. On the subject of Nomad Materials, we will await your Governments decision. We hope for the best, as the right choice will prove fruitful for both Liberty's and our future. We will await for an ESRD wing to visit Omicron Rho. We can arrange over secure protocols for when you wish to make the pickup. Liberty Security Force, I am hoping you will answer this transmission too. -E. Nodtviet Guildmaster, The Core CEO, AP Manufacturing :::[CLOSING TRANSMISSION]:::

Our small unit has arrived in Delta earlier today and we are currently aboard Yaren Base. We had to do an emergency docking as an order fighter working with a corsairs one ambushed our convoy. The Order seems to be nothing but the terrorists that we already know them for. I'll send a word to High Command and recommend to reinforcing your units with surplus Defiant-classes, the rest is up to them. As of now, we've refueled, rearmed and repaired any damage done by their combined ambush. We will be moving to Rho soon enough, so I suppose we can meet somewhere in vicinity of Durban Station. For now we have around 200 free cargo space on our vessels and as such, we are requesting at least 100 APM Hardware for evaluation and around 50 units of Kemwer munitions for inspection and tests aboard Long Island Station. We'll keep in touch soon enough. Commander Elisabeth DeGrange, over and out.
