hi,
i dunno were i must post treads like this...
now to my problem...
today i got unbanned from my speedmodding ban
i logged in and want to play my chars...
but all my chars are striped... i have no weapons or any money
so 500mil are away
i the sanction thing im my cargohold i read i was a cheater...
but i cant cheat while im banned... and what must i do to get my weaps and money back?

Getting banned for speed mod is a sanction ... The notifications are put in your hold when you are banned
Speed modding- is- cheating ... Just you get to come back after 60 days. What? You think you get off scott
free? Anyone cheating is stripped, lucky you don't have 4 starfliers ...

You cheated, and that I'm afraid is part of the punishment old son. Now you can either continue

You have written rules and punishments for breaking them, and now
you're dealing DIFFERENT punishments,
and you don't even update your rulebook for us to reference from?

There is a minimum, not a strict set of punishments given out for specific sanctions. The amount of punishment depends on the rule(s) broken, the way you were acting in-game during them, and admin disgression. For example, lets say someone got sanctioned for swearing, its an often occurance..
Now someone who says 1 swear word is not going to be sanctioned as much as someone who says 15 swear words.. Same offense, but different cases, and hence, different punishments. And when admins find a particular rule being violated over and over again (swearing and pvp abuse are the two most-violated rules atm), the punishment goes up in an attempt to stop people from breaking it.
If you check the rules section, it will say the MINIMUM punishment = [insert punishment here]. But there is no maximum, and there is nothing say what the punishment should exactly be. Its the admin's decision based on what they see.
