As the man said - what ID did you have? If you've got something that's covered by the generic Liberty bounty, then there doesn't NEED to be a specific bounty on you personally.
That's where it behooves the players to pay attention - at this point in time, there are NO valid bounties in Rheinland other than the ones against the OPG or slavers.

No bounties from what I can see. The bounty offer by the Outcast Dons doesn't cover the LPI.
