It's me Mark Hamann mien herren, and i come to you today for a special request. I will be brief and straight to the point. The members of the Solitaire Metropolis board are very worried about the security situation around us. We heard about the heavy assault on the Geneva Shipping Platform & Geneva Defense Platform. We have received some information from the captain of RNC-Luftwaffe Battlecruiser which parked in the Solitaire Metropolis shipyard at the moment, that more than 6 red hessian battleships were roaming omega 7 few hours ago and were destroying anything on their path which ended by a siege to the Geneva installations. We are very worries mien herren and we would like to request enhancing our defenses systems by building more defenses arrays since we only have one at the moment. We see that with such big forces, then one defense array will not be sufficient and then we will be in deep trouble. We have maximum faith in our rhienland military but planning for the worst, isn't a bad strategy and we always follow it. We will wait your reply Kommissar and Danke for your time.

You are right that Hessians recently proved again their true nature when they attacked zoner modular base complex in the Omega-7 system, endangering lifes of civilian, without word of warning or explanation, and with clear intention to kill those people without a mercy.
Such massive deployment of warships by these bloodthirsty terrorists is indeed worying and your concerns are understandable. While the emergency response units were able to repel the raiders, serious damage was caused to one of the installations in the time before the defenders arrived because there were no defense weapon platforms which would make the attack more difficult.
Thus, to strengthen safety of increased number of civilians on your expanding base, construction of second weapon platform is approved under same conditions which were set for the first one.

It's me Mark Hamann mien frau. I would like to thank you for understanding the situation here, but i would like to elaborate more about it mien frau Kommissar. The information that reached me is that about 6 hostile battleships were constantly firing at that poor installation. I calculated the danger and the threat level and found that if we have another 1 defense array, then we will still be in great danger. I actually think that 2 defense arrays will be not enough too, but that what i was hoping for now. So i would like to ask you for a permission to build 2 defense arrays more but not only 1 if possible. I am just afraid that one day this attacking force might do the same to the Solitaire Metropolis which will be very hard for me and the rest of the crew. This installation forms to us a not only a shelter but a source of living and honor. I hope that your wise judgement will grant us more defense arrays to build. I would like to inform you that for the moment, i gave orders to start constructing ONE defense array only as your respected office informed us. I am waiting for your reply as soon as possible mien frau kommissar and have a great evening.
