It was violated, without the consent of the enemy attack. He just showed me the red due to the fact that he was not with my faction I attacked with 5 attempts I killed him.

Alright.... so you attacked someone, suddenly, without role-play? And if so, what happened exactly? Were you sanctioned and your ship is now in Bastille?

You've most likely been sanctioned by the admins. Check the link below, find your ship name and then open the thread. Read the first post then give it a suitable reply the hopefully you can be sent back to where you were taken from!
