First, I apologize for the delay, your message got stuck in administrative department somehow.

It is gut we are for once talking under different circumstances and about different topic than law violation by one of your members. Though I agree with you that recent rare contact between us is actually gut thing.

Your racing idea is still discussed and considered by the oberkommando since it is quite unusual event which would require quite massive traffic measures in the capital system, so lot of circumstances has to be taken into account.

Thus additional information about previous events would be useful. For example we would like to know how long the race should take and thus how long the traffic would be restricted. Also we would like to know if any participating racing ship will be armed and with what type of weapon or weapons, and last but not least if you or your club as organizer of the event has some insurance which would cover repair costs in case some damage will be caused by the racers, for example on trade lanes which might be hit by some of them.

I will be waiting for the details.

We don´t think this issue is matter for Bundeskabinett or Bundestag. Thus we will leave it in hands of federal polizei, which would have to make necessary measures to ensure safety of space traffic anyway, and can properly evaluate conditions for execution of such event and its consequencies.

After consideration of all impacts, federal polizei decided to give you permission for your Hegemon Race event. Conditions are that you let us know the exact date and time in advance, and you will send the offered fee of one hundred million credits to account RFP|Arsenal followed by providing confirmation of transaction through this channel. I think I don´t have to remind you that all participants must have at least neutral reputation with Rheinland law enforcement authorities.

We also reserve right to cancel the event if any troubles will appear in the meantime. You know what I mean. Maybe you should remind your members to continue recent good behaviour in Rheinland space, just to ensure no troubles will happen. This event is supposed to show that space racing can be done in a legal way and your club does not want to violate Rheinland laws anymore. Thus any incident would very likely terminate cooperation from our side.
