If it isn't listed in the mod readme as being changed then it's still there.
Yes the dark matter clouds are still in keplar and galileo, yes there are wrecked tradelane rings, yes there are ship wrecks.
If you want to find and loot them you'll have to use a freighter and have a full load of nanobots.

I'm not telling anyone anything more.
Most wrecks are listed on lancers reactor, but if you fly through the clouds yourself you can find about 3 more.

ok i might fly out there but you need a hell lot of nano bots so im thinking off doing it in a large train
