Are Samura and Kishiro in a shooting war now? - E X O D I T E - 03-24-2016 I undocked, and found the Junyo Docking Ring firing on Kishiro NPCs. Checking the player list found nobody in Shikoku, Galileo, Kepler, or New Tokyo.
