This is Wallace Binghamton of Triple Hazard Pay calling up to ask you exactly what kind of rules and regulations you have on modular bases in the Omegas. I have been led to believe that you are the foremost authority in that area, after all.

We want to build one in your area, and decided to clear it with you first, because we've heard you guys get itchy trigger fingers.

We're trying to develop the far reaches of Sirius, and make our fortune doing so.
