Mining System - Impyness - 04-11-2016
So for a long time we've had a lot of problems with the mining system, namely that for ages we've been stuck with either no mining developer or individuals who through possibly no fault of their own simply did nothing in the position. Now that we have a new mining dev and he has put a new system into place we've had quite a few large changes regarding mining.
The purpose of this thread is for people to voice their concerns and specifically a poll is being added so that we can see the actual numbers of people who approve or disapprove of these changes. This is mostly in response to the last post from the actual mining dev in the mining system change thread being two months old.

@Karst I think Karst is able and more capable than the current one. Due to Karst has the time on his hand and knows his mining from being faction leader of ALG, not only that he is a respect member to the community and he has expierence in discovery and this community it self.

The mining system is broken at the moment. Unbalanced routes everywhere - drop rates being incredibly high in certain fields while low in others, not enough bonus on certain IDs to make some ores mineable, selling prices varying a lot, even for a single ore commodity. It's worse than it was before the changes that we had a couple of months ago, excluding the nerf of the Uncut Diamonds - Gold ore route. Definitely up for a change.

Replace the current mining dev, @"LordVipex", with @Karst. Karst would be far more committed and do a much better, less biased, more balanced and thoughtful job.
