I'm not sure that I've been acquainted with our fellow police organization across the pond yet, but I am Chief David Wright, the replacement for Jax Rogers.

Recently, I arrested a certain individual by the callsign Mono. Before we took him in and scuttled his vessel, he said something about repaying a loan on Planet New London. Attached below is an audio recording of the incident.

I am hoping to arrange a temporary prisoner transfer of sorts, so that he may fulfill his request under the watchful eye of the law.
