Hogosha Pirate Needs a Good Home! - Balance - 11-18-2008
I created this character as a pirate but reputations and role played as a Hogosha gone solo. Because he is not above simple thievery and didn't care for the restrictions the Hogosha order put on him, he went independent--free to raid where he likes and to take down an occasional Junker in Liberty just because he can.
He likes the thrill harvesting Nomads and selling the components in system (usually California) to other pilots on the "black market"--as he cannot usually dock himself. He has fought with the Order and Corsairs and is still loyal to them and the Hogosha and their allies (full on green in all appropriate categories), He does not pirate IMG or Zoners as he needs their bases for operations away from Kusari and remains non-hostile to them.
He will not betray Hogosha or their allies but will pirate Kusari shipping if nothing else is available or one stumbles into him (the sort of thing that makes regular Hogosha see him as a pirate). he has served on the front lines with the Order and Corsair and is on very good terms to them.
It is quite a balancing act keeping his reputation down with the appropriate factions and he usually refrains from killing normal enemy system patrols for this reason--thus a gunboat is best suited to him as it can take some fire. He has normally flown a Corsair gunboat but also flies a fighter.
The reason he was created is the tightening of the ZOI restrictions keep you from role playing Hogosha much outside of Kusari but this allows you to act as a hit man or punisher in systems where the Hogosha might not normally go. Have a problem with a Junker or trader? Have him catch them napping at home.
He is full red to ALL enemies and it makes you strategize how and where you will strike.
Really like the character but don't have time to play him so am offering him as a hunter for Corsair allied criminals or the Hogosha faction if they would like a free agent to act as a punisher outside Kusari.
"Gashinshoutan" means "Having endured what is unspeakable" and I have the kanji graphic for the name if someone wanted it.
I have him as a fam file and if someone really wants to play him he's available in a Centurion with Salamancas and slightly better than standard gear. Let me know.

Why would they be looking for Kusari recruits?
