Pretty much this.
For the last few years this has been discussed a few times, including the last time I brought it up with the devs.

I think it is time for that.

I would like to propose the Z-Line ships with the exception of the Hellhound and Scylla and, maybe, the Barghest (more due to RP reasons rather than balance ones) - to be rebranded via the Generic Sirius Unlawful cell. This line in particular has been already become popular by their open use transports, and I would like to see more unlawfuls getting access to piracy ships that they can use. The Werewolf is fun, the Greyhound is decent and the Hyena is a bomber even I can fly. This could be a good boon for all unlawful factions due to how wide the cell is.

And while I am not in the position to speak on the behalf of the Rogue NPC faction, I would still say that the line would very much fit into the ''slapdash, cheap, tanky'' line generic unlawfuls would use and more evolved unlawfuls could see as an alternative style for their own ID.

If anything, sprinkling this little gift over the unlawful IDs could incite more, you know, piracy. As right now it seems we do not have much of that.

It would definitely be a step forward, but I doubt it'll actually make people create Pirate IDed ships, not with the current form of the ID.
